The saving grace for consumers is the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975. The act states that a dealer must prove that aftermarket equipment caused the need for repairs before it can deny warranty coverage. However, if the reason for a parts failure is unclear, a dealer will usually charge you to diagnose the vehicle.Aug 25, 2009

It doesn't mean you won't have a hard time with the dealer..but as I former jeep guy..this is well known and been disputed...Don't take my word on it..Basically what I am hearing is if you change anything without using dealer and dealer parts it's not under warranty...that's BS...what about tires...wiper blades..etc..

if you let the dealer install it you shouldn't void the warranty

To bad you couldn't buy the Rebel without the air suspension so you can lift it all you want with out issues

you'll still have issues lifting whether it's air ride or not.

This is not necessarily true if you are dealing with a good dealer and you use quality stuff our dealers are usually Jeep dealers also and they are almost always lifted and that never voids warranty at least in my area

Informative. Question on replacing spacers/links from back to front.... or ordering back links for the front? I have been reading a lot of posts on the subject, but is it really worth it or will it work? Warranty voided?

Also, i removed all the badges as soon as I bought the truck. I prefer the clean look. Incognito. I dont see any reason to advertise 4x4 or engine size. Some people like the NASCAR look, but each to their own :) IMG_4656.JPG IMG_4655.JPG
