New Ram Owner
Rebel Level 2 Equipment Group, Customer Preferred Package 25W,
I'm a 7 time Ford F150 owner but Ford has really not done much in the last few years. I have had a lot of mechanical and electrical issues. I test drove a 2020 F150 FX4 overnight, and called them back the very next day to come pick it up. I didn't like what little it had on the inside and it was a very boxy ride. I had been looking at the new Ram 1500's and once I did my research on the Rebel, I just had to test drive it. I was hooked. I got the air ride due to some spinal damage that I received in the Gulf War, I needed something that was easy on my back. My whole family is hooked, we purchased it the next day. I have had it now for about 3 months, and we love this truck. I will never go back to Ford. I'm so tired of that overrated truck. This Rebel has everything a Ford Lariat or Platinum would have. I was looking at the Raptor but I still needed something to haul with and the Raptor is really just a street truck which is overpriced. I got a really great deal on this truck. I usually trade in every 2 years but this time, I might just keep this one. It's a beauty. I had the vinyl special ordered. The truck was just red and it had no running boards. I had some heavy-duty bed liner coated runners installed along with the vinyl trim. It really made the truck stand out. I get people coming up to me and telling me how awesome my truck looks. They get a kick out of watching me lower the airbags. I hope that I don't have any issues with this truck, only time will tell.
