I'm in the market for a new car and am interested in the Rebel. I want to buy new, but am open to buying used also. Any major differences between the 2015,2016,2017 models?

No. There are some different trim versions like the Mopar 16 edition, and only slight changes with it. If you buy used, you might end up with non-stock options someone installed. That could be a plus or not for you. The only real difference is a couple more paint options with the 2017, and some "options" are now standard - the Limited Slip Differential (Anti-Spin), and the Rebel instrument cluster used to be options and so not every 2015/16 will have them.
