Im curious why youd buy a truck geared towards offroad and then buy big wheels and low profile tires?

It's still a pavement queen for the most part and they do make all terrains in a 45 profile tire. It's just a look that I like..

22x12.5 is an awfully wide wheel. It will depend on your offset and the actual tire specs. Most people seem to be running 9 or 10" wide wheels with aftermarket offsets of -12 to 0 and up to 34.5" tall tires without issue.

22" wheels sounds like a nice setup for a show truck. I am going to stick with my 17" for now and may go up to 20" if i lift the truck.

I don't believe the 12.5 will work on anything more than the 17" rim without cutting. You could get away with a 10"...which will get you 11.5....I think.
