I'm with you. Guys on other forums have figured out how to change the lift links to raise ride heights (swapping front and rear links). After changing the links the standard ride height is now the Offroad 2 setting. They do get warnings if they try to raise it much more though.

Interested to see if this set up will have the ability for a simple 1-2 inch raise overall as well.

Swapping my links this week sometime I will update to share how it goes.
