Engine block heater?

Hello Rebel owners,
Could someone please tell me where the engine block heater cord is located/hidden...I am unsure if my 2015 came pre installed with one. Winters here get close to -40c and having it plugged in definitely helps. Would like to know before I head to the dealership and ask for one to be installed.

I'm in Massachusetts, but are they worth having them installed. I mean yea we had a mild winter this year, so do you keep them plugged in all the time in the dead of winter or only when it is extremely cold out?

Connecticut. Massachusetts. Same thing. You won't need one there.
