Noticed it today.
It was a rainy day. The whole bottom where the turn signal are were foggy. I monitored it for a good 15 minutes. Stayed foggy.
I never paid attention on my 2014 Ram but I'm sure if it did I would have noticed.

What do you mean your 3rd set? The dealer changed them?

Yes, I work at a dealer and have ordered 2 sets for it and they keep doing this.
Just found this video that explains the problem with the fogging.
It's apparently because the LED light does not generate enough heat.
They explain a fix per Chrysler.

Mine today :( (blurry pic, but you get the idea)
I'll try pulling the vents out this week

I've had this issue on my RAM 2500 since day 1 :(

Did warranty not cover it?
I mentioned it when I took it in for the first oil change and they said it was normal. I haven't really pushed the issue.

Strange that they would say that. Figured it would be a hazard or at least some kind of defect.
I would definitely make them fix/replace it. This should not be happening.
Mine do it too. I just noticed Saturday for the first time

My better half was picking the truck up from the dealer and i mentioned to her to ask about the chrome headlights being wrong for the vehicle and to also check for fogging and she confirmed that they were indeed fogged up the night before.
Not so bad in Florida, but, i hope that they replace the headlights for the correct ones anyway so we'll see what happens then

If you have a 2016 they all come with the chrome...this was a change made across the board
From another thread:
They All Have chrome bezels now. They switched over to chrome in mid July. The black they refer to on the build sheet is the area behind the outer lense. Nothing can be done. Trust me, I've investigated this fully.
Mine do this too, especially when it's raining.
From the owners manual (page 854):

"NOTE: Lens fogging can occur under certain atmospheric conditions. This will usually clear as atmospheric conditions change to allow the condensation to change back into a vapor. Turning the lamps on will usually accelerate the clearing process."
