have a friend ordering HID kit from Lumens, 2 questions asked.
2017 rebel have projector lights?
and is it 2 separate bulbs for high and low beams? or single?

if anyone installed "Lumens HID" part number would be great for the 2017

All that info has been posted in here several times. Hi/lo are separate. Don't remember which bulb, though. I have a 2015, it's different.

I did read through them all, they all related to 2015/16's want to make sure 17 did not change like 15-16 did.

hi/lo seperate, they are projector ( if you look at the headlight housing you'll notice its like an orb looking thing rather then the umbrella shape like in older vehicles)

you could always go inside your vehicle manual and look for bulb type or open the hood, pull out the bulb and on back of bulb it will tell u.

I just purchased some opt7 LEDs to match color to Factory fogs. They are 9005 for low and high beam. There are two different bulbs.

i want to update the head light bulbs but it gonna be a pain to take out the housing

Ok, after a little reading, watching a well done video of a comparison of 15 led bulbs, I order a set from Headlight Revolution. I went with the GTR Lighting GEN 3 Ultra Series LED Headlight Bulbs - 9005 / HB3 , LED.BUL.GEN3.9005. Significantly more $, but lifetime warranty and much better performance.

I will be returning the opt7 set after the review.... there are much better bulbs out there. Make an informed buy, versus looking at reviews on Amazon.
