Has anyone had an intermittent beep issue? I just got my 2016 Rebel and while driving I get a beep with no error message, no light, nothing, just an annoying beep. BTW No pattern to the frequency of it.

possibly related: if it's happening when you hit your brakes and/or turn signals, could be one filament blown in one of your taillights.

NO, happens driving not using any stop or turn signals, stopped, radio on, radio off. It bings with no steady time frame between bings. Might have 1/2 to 3/4 hour between to 2 or 3 minuets between bings.

what about the cargo light out back? I have noticed that when I leave it on, I will get a beep.

NO sport teams that I know of. How would I check to see if someone entered any?

next time it happens, look on the radio display. See if there is a orange highlighted box in the top of the display. Somebody may have programed a favorite team or song or artist.
Its in the setting of the display where you can set favorites and such....
