I didn't find this posted anywhere but figured I would share with you. The SD Card reader in our trucks will not read anything over 32g, if you do have something larger, as I did (64g), you have to format the card FAT32 for it to read properly. After that it will read no problem.

I'm a bit confused
so you format the 64gb card to be a 32gb? or you format any size card as fat32?

That is odd because I formatted mine FAT32 and I still had access to the whole card so I am not sure what you are talking about when you said it cuts it in half. You just format it in that style that way the card reader can access it properly.

I read the article and its seems to describe if you want to partition the card, which I did not do. I left it the same then I just made two folders, one for my music and one for my wifes.
