I ordered it to have it when my truck arrives next week and I just opened it and then shipped it back this week. It mounts the same as virtually every other bull bar. What that means is it will fit BUT only if you cut away sections of the skid plate on the rebel to be able to mount it. On the standard Ram that means cutting the plastic air dam only....on the rebel it's much more cutting....

Won't fit, have to cut slots in shroud below bumper.....
