Has anyone taken off or tweaked their torque management? I found a product called "Pedal commander" that will let you put down more torque. I have read that the Ram trucks only let about 60% of power in 1st gear, 80% in 2nd and so on. My brother has this on his vette and it really made a world of difference. I would love to know what it would do to the hemi.

Sounds fishy at best. As any changes to torque management requires access to the computer for rewriting. But hey I'm no computer guy. I just drive.

Pedal commander (and other similar products) are all snake oil.
They do nothing to change the power of the truck. All they do is interrupt the electric signal from the pedal to the PCM and send a different frequency so the PCM thinks the pedal is pressed further down which makes the car/truck feel faster.
AKA - it fakes faster throttle reponse
Torque management is done in a different system all together.
