Small world two days ago the 8.4 in my 5500 went blank with no mice, chewing, and all the grounds good. Now It just blows that hiden 20 amp fuse instantly.
Uconnect blowing fuse
I have 2017 Rebel with 8.4 uconnect vp3. The main fuse keeps blowing. I disconnected everything and checked ground wire at plug. Ground shows to be good. As soon as I connected the 44-pin plug back into radio, fuse blew again. Has anyone had this issue or know a fix. Radio was working fine, then next morning nothing on startup. Hopefully I can fix before having to replace.

Replaced radio with a used one on ebay. It was an upgrade to Vp4 with navigation. Now everything is back to normal.
