So I'd been noticing that my favorites on my phone menu had been disappearing. Called uconnect and was advised this is a known issue with no known eta for a patch. Anyone else having this issue?

Hmmm okay I may try a full reset then. Zim if you get a chance could you verify the software version you have, would like to compare to what's in place on mine. Curious if they are different builds or something.

I had the same problem. Went back through the second time and saved numbers in all 6 slots, and it saved. (The first time when it didn't save, I'd only put in 3 contacts.). My speculation is the software expects all 6 numbers saved.

I bought my Rebel Black one week ago brand new. My favorites have disappeared 3 times now.

How do you check your software version?

Settings < System Information and it should have software version listed in that menu.
