isn't it just a piece of plastic. I love it but that's the down fall to Mopar part. **** gets expensive quick!

I called our local dealer here in Ontario, Canada...and he said the CAI 77070023ac cost is $825 Canadian...wow...anyone find it cheaper...I believe that is a little steep...not sure if the benefit will out way the cost.

Agree with u guys there. I was looking a that and also the hood scoop Replacment that lets the air flow right to the Mopar intake. I personally think that whole set up is a little ridiculous (price wise).

Here's the million dollar question....are you going to add the Mopar Cold Air Intake hood air duct adapter Part Number: 82214741 that the SEMA Rebel X had combined with the Mopar CAI? Which would mean functional hood vents bitches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know there has been a lot of debate about Mopar vs. Other brands for the CAI and i agree that the Mopar CAI are very expensive but with that being said i have noticed that the actual filter on the Mopar kits is much bigger than the other brands. Im not sure if this is an advantage as far as performance but they are alot larger.

Yeah. They really gouge the heck out of us, that's for sure. I wasn't planning on a CAI until the summer anyway. There's lots of great options to be found that's for sure.

Not realy. I think it sounds i little nicer but its probably just in my head. Im not the gas saver type. Im always on the throttle can't get over the sound and feel of the rebel.
